Body Soul Yoga’s Statement on Coronavirus Covid-19

Body Soul Yoga would like to reassure our students that we are mindful of the situation with Coronavirus and we continue to monitor it daily.  We have always been committed to providing a safe space where our yoga friends can practice yoga and meet others.

The current situation is fluid and so we therefore advise our students to ensure that they follow Public Health England (PHE) guidelines which can be found here:  https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public

Our yoga classes will continue run, at this time.  But please keep a look out on our social pages, where we may need to cancel classes.  Should we need to cancel classes please do try our classes on YouTube.  We are adding new classes every week, which we hope you will find helpful.

We would also recommend:

  • Following government guidelines and advising you not to attend classes if you are/ or think you might be in breach of the standards (re: return travel, flu like symptoms, persistent coughing, having come into contact with someone affected etc.).
  • Please bring your own mat to classes and avoid sharing, if at all possible. If you would like to borrow a mat then these will of course be cleaned before and after every class in any event; but you may feel more at ease with your own.
  • During this time, we will not be offering eye pillows, but again please feel free to bring your own.
  • Hand soap is available and we would encourage you to wash your hands before and after class.
  • We will avoid hands on adjustments and provide verbal communications instead.

This is a time of concern and we hope that you all remain safe and well.  If you have any queries or questions, do please ask.  Many thanks.

Faye
